Ø      All passengers will wear a seat belt. It is the law.

Ø      We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or persons who appears sick, drunk or intoxicated.

Ø      Reasonable quantities of food and drinks may be consumed within the vehicle.

Ø      The client will accept full financial responsibility for any damage caused intentionally or inadvertently to the vehicle by another member of the party.

Ø      All care is taken, but no responsibility is accepted for items lost, damage or stolen within the vehicle.

Ø      We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle in case of an emergency.

Ø      Access for stretch limousines is sometimes restrictive. We reserve the right not to proceed where proceeding may place the vehicle and its patrons in an unsafe situation.
