o       All passengers must wear a seat belt. It is the law.

o      Our duty of care requires that we control the quantity of alcohol available for consumption.

o       We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or persons who appears sick, drunk or intoxicated, or has consumed excessive quantities of alcohol.

o       The client will accept full financial responsibility for any damage caused intentionally or inadvertently to the vehicle by another member of the party.

o       All care is taken, but no responsibility is accepted for items lost, damaged or stolen within the vehicle.

o       We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle in case of an emergency.

o       Access for stretch limousines is sometimes restrictive. We reserve the right not to proceed where proceeding may place the vehicle and its patrons in an unsafe situation.
